Wilok grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Website Builder SaaS product for the duration of your subscription. This license is subject to compliance with these terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

a. Users must subscribe to a plan to access the full features of BOX4LIO beyond the trial period. Billing details, including payment method, are required for subscription activation.

b. Subscription fees are based on the selected plan and billing cycle. Wilok reserves the right to modify fees upon notice.

c. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of access to BOX4LIO.

4. User Content

a. Users are solely responsible for the content created, uploaded, or published using BOX4LIO.

b. Wilok does not claim ownership of user-generated content but may use it for the purpose of providing and improving the services.

5. Prohibited Activities

a. Users must not engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or compromise the security of BOX4LIO.

b. Wilok reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

a. Wilok is committed to protecting user data. Our Privacy Policy outlines the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

b. Users agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy available on the Wilok website.

7. Support and Maintenance

a. Wilok provides reasonable technical support for BOX4LIO during the subscription period.

b. Maintenance may occur periodically, with efforts made to minimize disruptions and provide advance notice.

8. Termination

a. Wilok reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to BOX4LIO for violation of these terms or any other reason.

b. Upon termination, user content may be deleted, and access to the services will be revoked.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wilok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use BOX4LIO.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
